What is included in a furnished apartment?
A: All your furnishings and house wares along with phone service, Internet and all utilities. Maid service is available upon request for an additional cost.

What is the minimum stay requirement?
A: IAC Suites has a minimum stay of 31 days and a written 30-day notice is required.

Where are your furnished apartments located?
A: IAC Suites services Irvine, Tustin, Newport Beach, and San Diego. We also service San Jose, Cupertino and Sunnyvale.

What method of payment do you accept?
A: IAC Suites accepts American Express, Visa and Mastercard. Company invoicing is also offered.

Are your communities pet friendly?
A: Yes! IAC Suites accepts pets in select locations.
